Challenge

The owners of this 100-year old Spanish Adobe were of Spanish decent with high family values of passing on their culture to their two children.

Solution

Colors, materials, furnishing and accessories were specifically selected with their background and the development of the children in mind. A furniture book was created to retain the history of the pieces when they are inherited by the next generation.

The dining table includes an antique bench with reupholstered chairs from the couple’s college days. The kitchen nook wall was turned into the art area featuring framed selections of the children’s drawings and paintings.
